Rates
High Season: November – April
Rates are for up to 6 Adults: $6000/week. The house comfortably accommodates 6 guests and therefore is our standard occupancy limit. The house has a bunk room suitable for 2 children (less than 10 years old) if needed, but there will be a $150/week surcharge for additional housekeeping.
For November through April, rentals are Saturday to Saturday only . From April through October, there is more flexibility on arrival and departure dates – please check with Darby.
Low Season: May – October
$3500/week for 6 adults. The house comfortably accommodates 6 guests and therefore is our standard occupancy limit. The house has a bunk room suitable for 2 children (less than 10 years old) if needed, but there will be a $150/week surcharge for additional housekeeping.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in is any time after 4 p.m. and check-out is no later than 10 a.m., to allow Tessa time to clean the house prior to guest arrival.
2 week minimum for Christmas and New Year weeks. Rates are for up to a maximum of 6 people and include housekeeping/cook services.
For larger groups, business retreats, weddings, honeymoons, or anniversaries, ask about renting several homes on Winding Bay. Owner Lynnie Erbaugh or daughter Darby Harris can help.
Terms
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Upon receipt of initial deposit check, Paypal payment, Venmo, or Check payment, written confirmation is sent along with complete details about the house, staff, contact information, restaurants, activities, car rental, medical services information, etc. The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival. Upon departure, the home will be assessed for damages, at which your damage deposit will be returned.
